Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Runo Plants, we want you to love your new greenery; if your plant arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be in their original nursery pots to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your plants or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring live plants are secured to prevent shifting during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our greenhouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
