How do you ensure my plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, preventing movement and soil spillage. Every order is hand-packed with protective layers to insulate against temperature fluctuations.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant shows signs of transit stress or damage, simply send a photo to our support team within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in the photos?
All plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots to ensure root stability. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta 'Runo' pots that can be added to your order at checkout.
How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?
Each product page includes a 'Light Requirement' guide. Generally, we categorize our collection into Low Light, Indirect Bright Light, and Full Sun. You can also use our digital Plant Finder tool to match a species to your specific room conditions.
